Service introduction
XINRUNDA provides PCBA service with controllable delivery, which is supported by the cohesive cooperation of our well-trained and experienced R & D, quality, procurement, and project management team. Mature manufacturing capabilities include digital, automated production to meet customer needs. The SMT machine produces 4 million points per day, and the COB produces 1.5 million lines per day. Aluminum substrate, ceramic board, FPC, and other PCB can be mounted, and different package parts such as CSP BGA QFN module with the fine pitch of 0.25mm can also be mounted on the PCB.
